Tillman Infrastructure, LLC, operating throughout the US, is currently staffing Director, Sales positions to join our rapidly growing cellular tower ownership, construction, acquisition and operations teams. These positions will be responsible for delivering both build to suit and collocation sales, via relationships with all major US operators. Each Director is responsible for leveraging their proven contacts and expertise to identify the appropriate strategy within each region, to maximizing tenancy for both BtS sales and colocations. Each Director, Sales will work collaboratively and coordinate with internal Tillman teams to ensure successful sales growth and deployment of infrastructure, and continuing client satisfaction.
• A clearly demonstrated track record of five+ years of proven success in developing and executing cellular collocation and BtS sales agreements at a current TowerCo is an absolute pre-requisite; no candidate will be considered without this prerequisite • Five or more years of demonstrated BtS and co-lo sales success with top-tier National Carriers, with a current ‘Rolodex’ of key contacts, is essential • Strong familiarity with the cellular telecom industry, with a deep understanding of the role of towers and accompanying infrastructure • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required, Master's Degree a plus • Proactive sales-driven background, with a proven history of personally meeting aggressive sales targets • Ability to penetrate new accounts and relationships • Strong account building and presentation skills; creative, driven, and self-motivated; ability to work independently and with a team • Excellent closing, oral and written communication skills, with the innate ability to overcome objections and obstacles throughout the sales process • Ability to travel (frequent short trips throughout the US) • Ability to thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
