The Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation engineering of ZeroDay clientele, from small sized businesses up to Enterprise size. The Engineer leads solution design, consultation, migration, relocation, administration and troubleshooting in environments anywhere from 100 to 100,000 users or more across multiple locations. The Engineer is a role model for others in all aspects of the position.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and\or Participate in project presale, discovery and design consultations with customers, as well as providing quotes and bill of materials • Design and implement customized detailed plans and low-level designs for customers • Provide daily and weekly status reports on all active projects • Maintain an awareness of project financial performance • Actively monitor and document risk across projects and assist in risk mitigation activities • Relationship promoter - Ability to influence and hold accountable team members even when there isn’t a direct reporting relationship • Ability to support a fast-paced demanding work schedule; to include early mornings, evenings, late nights, etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Corporate headquarters are located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069 • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smart phones. • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking and driving • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated • When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and life jackets
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: • 1 year in a Solutions Architect role participating in consulting and presales • 5 years implementing and supporting Core Technical Skills • 1 year in the Information Technology Industry • High School diploma or equivalent required
