In this role, the selected candidate will analyze recruitment metrics to make recommendations to improve recruiting strategy and identify ROI on recruiting sources including volume of and quantity of hire. Our Client, in the Real Estate Trust and Leasing industry, is in search of a HumanResources, Talent Acquisition Analyst for its corporate HQ in Glendale, CA. Ideally looking for a candidate that can take the information given, dissect and visualize the data and process reports according to the data. This is NOT an HRIS Analyst role.This is a Direct Hire opportunity!OVERVIEW:Reporting to the SVP of HR, this role will be the subject matter expert and team player for our HRIS system, supporting our regionally based recruiters, local HR and talent acquisition team(s). The Talent Acquisition Analyst will focus on continuous improvement in our daily recruiting operations, analyzing data, improving the Talent Acquisition processes, systems, vendor relations and project management. He/she will support our hiring needs, strategies and compliance requirements; perform full cycle recruitment initiatives and provide customer service for (internal/external) candidate and hiring manager positive experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Review, analyze and document current Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, identifying TA process efficiencies, gaps and assist in developing standardization across North America.System administration for all HRIS system users, communicate ongoing updates, training and refresher training on a regular basis.Full cycle recruitment for various positions including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and candidate management in the HRIS system including candidate disposition, offer preparation, job ads and other administrative dutiesAnalyze recruitment metrics to make recommendations to improve recruiting strategy and identify ROI on recruiting sources including volume of and quantity of hire.Responsible for supporting employment branding initiatives, including social media monitoring and employer brand awareness initiatives.Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to analyze trends and gaps in data and liaison with the regional recruiters, local properties and corporate on their job board performance.Assist with recruiting marketing and advertising efforts with the creation of flyer's, print ads, career fair set-up and scheduling, recruiting marketing materials, and monitoring of social media.Dissecting and visualizing data.Other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, LICENSING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent professional experienceEXPERIENCE:Must have 6-8years’ experience in HumanResources, Talent Acquisition, and Agency or Staffing firm environment.3+ years of Analyst experience within HR/Staffing. Head count and turnover reporting.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:Proficient in HRIS systems including training users, a minimum of 1-2years’ previous system maintenance and configuration as a system administrator;Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProject Management experience;Proficient with various social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
