In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations and analytics and driving sales and marketing execution excellence across the organization. My client is a global insurance brokerage and specialty risk management firm. Their analytical methodologies and performance delivery results are highly regarded as among the best in the industry by their customers.Reporting to: Managing Principal of North America OperationsLocation: Chicago Loop / Arlington Heights OfficeThe Sales Operations Manager (“SOM”) is responsible for leading sales operations and analytics and driving sales and marketing execution excellence across the organization. The SOM will work across the Company, interfacing with senior management, sales and marketing personnel, and the office leaders and brokers to manage CRM execution and develop platforms to promote revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be well versed in sales strategies and tactics, and must be skilled in managing sales and marketingtechnology like CRM’s and Marketing Automation Programs. The SOM also must be a strong project manager and communicator, capable of communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.  Qualified candidate will have direct experience transforming data into information that drives sales effectiveness.  This is a high visibility position within the Integro team. The expectations for this individual would be to expand globally and scale the position/team accordingly with Company growth. We are looking for individuals that thrive on being challenged and ultimately rewarded for execution of goals.      Responsibilities:Manage sales operations and reporting for the US segments.Work closely with leadership to coordinate sales and marketingprograms that lead to revenue growth.Ensure that the sales team adheres to sales and marketingprograms to warrant proper execution of those programs.Manage and improve a centralized management process of what has traditionally been a decentralized sales organization.Continuously improve and innovate sales, marketing, and operations statistics and analytics reporting.Drive efficient task/project execution and accurate completion of projects.Assist in the development of Marketing collateral and in the Company's social media presence.Ensure accuracy in salesreporting, metric analysis, sales recognition and workflows to monitor overall sales health.Skills and Qualifications3 - 5years of experience in a sales/marketing operations role3 - 5years of experience in the financial services sector, preferable for a company that has sold insurance products.Sales production experience is desiredAdvanced experience with MS Office, especially Excel and SharePointMust have knowledge of, and experience with, digitalmarketing, SEO, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation toolsMust have experience with Salesforce and/or other cloud based enterprise CRM’s.   Strong project management experienceIntense desire to continuously learn and innovateStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenProven ability to manage the integration of processes in a constantly changing environment  4-yeardegree from an accredited institution
