They also provide context and information regarding current or future IT capabilities that will improve business results delivered by Marketing teams, also serving as an escalation point for strategic IT issues.This position can be located in Atlanta, GA.Job Responsibilities:Leader and business partner for Marketing.In partnership with Strategic Marketing and Marcom community, understand the definition of SPS Business Models which will enable standardization of technology approach to markets across SPS.Leads the solutioning of standard technology and applications from multiple stakeholder inputs and requirements providing standard approach by Business Model to business needs.Partner with IT CoE’s and Enterprise IT shared services to design, develop and deliver standard solutions.Ongoing collaboration with IT business partners representing Commercial excellence and Customer &Product Support functions.Provide leadership in defining & support deployment of technologies to drive effective channel & go-to-market strategies, including partner portals, e-commerce solutions, and otherdigital solutions impacting customer experience.Create business case/ROI for each program and make recommendations based on improving business results.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.A minimum of 3years of experience working on large or enterprise projects with change management components for marketing, sales or customer service.Additional Qualifications:Communication ability is essential for this role as a large part of the job will involve acting as an intermediary between the business and technology teams.Strong business acumen and credibility, with 7 to 10years of relevant experience.MBA preferred.Hands on Marketing e/Commerce experiencepreferred in the digital age.Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Principles, ITIL or similar tools and philosophies for driving continuous improvement.Futuristic-orientation, contemporary business thinker.Strategic Planning: Ability to define the problem/issue and marketing research objectives, charter and resource marketing research effort to create winning business strategies.Excellent Collaboration & Negotiation Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, negotiate complex issues and total value offerings to our customers.Leadership Skills: Ability to define vision for the organization, rally and influence the team around the vision, set high expectations and manage to expectations.Change Management Skills: Ability to anticipate and execute action plans to proactively manage and drive change in an organization.To view and apply for this position, please visit Inside Honeywell’s Job Opportunities & Referrals site and reference job number 336718.
