The Marketing Manager position is responsible for strategically-focused marketing plans to drive demand in order to achieve revenue and market segment penetration goals, across prospective and current clients, for an assigned business unit, in alignment with the corporate brand strategy. Marketing ManagerJoin a fast paced marketing team that is supporting a business unit that will expand over 30% due to organic and inorganic growth.The Marketing Manager position is responsible for strategically-focused marketing plans to drive demand in order to achieve revenue and market segment penetration goals, across prospective and current clients, for an assigned business unit, in alignment with the corporate brand strategy. Job ResponsibilitiesMaximize the conversion of site visitors to qualified leads by driving prospective clients to the website and contact centers through a combination of online and offline marketingevents and programsWork closely with sales management, product/engineering management, and the sales teams to drive results that equal the market potential through the expansion of organizational footprint in existing customer base and into new customer accountsPartner with the sales team to enhance their success through recommending and developing tools such as email campaigns, white papers, collateral, presentation materials, webinars and company/industry profilesSupport, as needed, corporate-sponsored activities, such as customer conferences, annual kickoffs, tradeshows, and otherad-hoc activities by serving as segment or regional contact; providing project management and other supportLead demand generation planning efforts for your respective segment, including helping to develop the overall strategy, producing new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, managing the budget and measuring overall results against plansAchieve marketing qualified lead and pipeline targets by planning and executing marketing programs including email campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, social media programs, video production, digital display advertising and marketing with third partiesCollaborate with content marketing to optimize email copy, web landing pages, and other program-related collateral that drive conversions and prospects into the lead funnelInitiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospects moving through the demand generation funnelAnalyze project performance and company impact to drive insights and make recommendations to improve performanceTrack and report on campaign costs, performance, and ROI to understand channel and offer performancePartner with cross-functional teams in sales, content marketing, product marketing, sales operations, etcetera to ensure generated leads are high quality and being acted on appropriatelySolve complex problems with minimal assistanceOther tasks as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master’s degreepreferredMinimum of five years related experience managing and/or leading marketingcampaigns that vary in scope and complexityAbility to travelEDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degreepreferred5-10years of experience managing and/or leading marketingcampaigns that vary in scope and complexity
