Your communication with these prospects will typically be over the phone, but some travel is required, and you will work with your sales support and delivery teams to ensure that you are delivering competitive and comprehensive proposals. Your responsibilities will include:• Performing sales pursuit activities to prospect and build an opportunity pipeline in a defined territory• Responsible for meeting a $2M-$3M quota • Managing opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle (identification, business discovery, presentation, negotiation and close)• Qualifying strategic marketing-driven leads; communicating with Catapult Marketing to determine ROI of campaigns• Participating in a team-selling environment and providing your individual talent to selling situations• Reporting, tracking and updating Cloud and Managed Services leadership team on your pursuit activities and opportunities • Managing your business through Microsoft CRM What's required?• First and foremost, you should enjoy what you do and have a great attitude! • At least 3-5 years proven experience selling IT-related services in a B2B environment • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas• Desire to work in a team environment; willingness to help others across functional boundaries• Desire to be successful, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple quotes/proposals simultaneously• Tenacity and high levels of energy and self-motivation; competitive and committed• Resilient personality with the ability to handle all types of prospects, clients and call situations• Excellent verbal/written communications, organizational, listening and time management skills• Strong presentation skills and ability to react appropriately in customer settings • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)• Reside in Austin, Texas or Minneapolis, MN What else would make me stand out?• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline• Experience prospecting and selling in a defined territory• Experience selling to senior management (CMO, CIO, IT Managers, VP, Directors) in medium to large companies• Experience selling managed services and/or consumption based services desired • Understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Solutions (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business, SQL, Exchange, System Center, etc.)So what are you waiting for??
