Regional Broadband Manager | TelForce Group | Baltimore MD 21201 USA | Full Time
Job Description:
TelForce Group is looking for a Regional Broadband Manager in the Northeast region. This is a full time, direct hire position.

Regional Broadband Manager Description:
• Oversee direct reports including performance reviews, coaching, training, hiring, etc.
• Responsible for the region's revenue, margin and performance
• Serve as lead contact for the customer for promotion and sale of Broadband services which consists of CFPC products, third party products and installation services
• Provide organizational planning for the region which includes company personnel and third-party service providers
• Assist in planning the yearly budget and strategies
• Oversee the daily regional operations for services including planning, estimating, quotes, project management, quality and technical support
• Manage multiple facility projects region-wide
• Create financial models and forecasts
• Oversee project staffing and recruiting resources for service projects
• Develop comprehensive quotes, service proposals and presentations
• Ensure service/installation process is in compliance with customer SOW and completion dates
• Identify regional subcontractors and work with corporate contract administration
• Negotiate subcontractor pricing that meets cost models and forecasts and margin goals
• Oversee new project implementations ensuring compliance with contractual and work scope definitions
• Maintain effective and harmonious relationship with the Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Purchasing and Marketing departments
• Ensure proper implementation of service processes and procedures
• Use project performance tracking tools and reports and software
• Provide recommendations and strategies for service markets
• Develop service pricing strategies
• Provide analysis of market requirements and competitive products

Regional Broadband Manager Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; prefer Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
• 5 years of experience in Project management and/or service background
• 6 years of related industry experience
• Experience with Cable TV, Telecom project experience, DC Power and/or AC Electrical
• Senior management, customer interaction and service department management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
