Job Description:
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and drive enterprise middleware and cloud sales strategies to meet sales objectives (lead generation, pipeline development, and quota attainment).  Our Client a fast-growing, venture-backed software company, couples extreme transaction processing with real-time analytics at web scales. We seek a world-class, enthusiastic Enterprise Account Executive to join it's NYC Sales team.  Must have Domain knowledge and expertise marketing into one or more of the following vertical markets: Financial Services, eCommerce/eTail, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Online GamingThis is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in developing strategic accounts with the Fortune 500 organizations.•    Join a world class sales force with opportunities for advancement.•    Be a part of a ‘can do’ industry leader and growing company.•    Commissions paid from 'dollar one' plus base salary.•    Uncapped overall commissions.•    Core Availabilities: •    Develop and drive enterprise middleware and cloud sales strategies to meet sales objectives (lead generation, pipeline development, and quota attainment).•    Create account plans that align our offerings and solutions to the customers’ business needs and objectives.•    Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns and sales cycles, often working with a diverse set of partners across the account.•    Establish strong CXO level relationships to help elevate our company to a more strategic position within the account.•    Lead the creation of customer presentations and briefings based on a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and overall enterprise middleware market to properly position our offerings. Must Have Qualifications:  •    3-5 years Enterprise Software sales experience with a demonstrated track-record of success, in the enterprise middleware•    Software/IT industry, from prospecting to closing.•    Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a geographically diverse organization.•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or technical discipline.•    Excellent English oral and written communication & presenting skills.•    Flexible to travel frequently (primarily US locations). •    Desired Skills and Experience:•    Domain knowledge and expertise working/selling in one or more of the following vertical markets: Financial Services, eCommerce/eTail, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Online Gaming.•    Working knowledge with any of the following technologies:•    Private and public cloud infrastructures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.•    Application and middleware concepts, architectures and deployments•    Distributed systems and familiarity with associated protocols and specifications•    Open source solutions
