Job Description:
In this role, the selected candidate must have understanding of marketing new media techniques, as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications. We’re looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Media Account Director. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, have knowledge of all the latest channels, innovations and best practices and how they fit into a wider digital marketing strategy.Requirements:BA/BS in Marketing or related field preferred7 +years’ experience in digital marketing media management; Interactive Marketing, Marketing/Communications or Account ManagementExperience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Database Marketing, Display Media, Analytics, etc.Previous accountability for annual billings in excess of $7.5mIn-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running campaignsGoogle Fundamentals and Advanced QualificationsThorough understanding of marketing new media techniques, as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communicationsStrong business writing skills and ability to produce high quality documents.Confident and articulate presenterExcels in team management and collaboration across channels and service linesHighly proficient in performance management , coaching and developing of team membersAbility to hire key positions through behavioral interview techniques and identify both culture and position fit for candidatesDay-to-Day Work Life:Work closely with Senior Management and Department Heads to identify and develop strategic opportunities for client campaigns (new and existing clients)Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with client’s senior teamManage and monitor the production and presentation of client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standardsAttend and facilitate key account meetings with Account Management TeamAchieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish’s working relationships, practices and methodsMaintain an in depth understanding of Jellyfish’s marketplace, with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiativesManage direct reports effectively, ensuring that their individual performance is acceptable, resulting in the achievement of team KPIsTake ownership for the Management Team’s development needs, ensuring that each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular appraisalsWhy Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageGlobal company exposure while gaining experience of working with clientsMentorship program offeredFull certifications with Google, Bing, Facebook, and DoubleClick Search available
