Job Description:
TelForce Group is looking for a Product Manager in the Evansville, IN area.

Product Manager Description:
• Conduct and analyze product research; monitor competitive landscape in all current and future markets and report on services offered, price levels and promotions, and technology use trends
• Coordinate new product development activities; conceive, research, analyze, propose, coordinate and track new product offerings that leverage the power of our completely fiber network
• Analyze existing products; look for opportunities to reduce costs, improve revenue or gross margin
• Take the pulse of the markets; build strong relationships with key market contacts to identify customer needs
• Bridge the gap; build strong partnerships with engineering, operations and marketing groups to ensure quality and timely implementation of new products or product improvements; develop and maintain timelines as products go through the development process

Judgment: Use objective financial and business analysis to evaluate the returns and risks of product choices. Analyze and integrate trends and patterns to determine opportunities and identify solutions.

Customer Centered: Create and maintain an environment that provides customers with desired products, services, and experiences. Combine experience, insight, and data to determine how to best exceed customer needs. Develop and implement initiatives, practices, and plans to capitalize on customer-focused growth and improvement opportunities. Ensure the removal of barriers to delivering exceptional customer value, service, and support.

Execution & Results: Use the advantage of company size, internal and external resources, and talent to achieve success. Apply broad, cross-functional knowledge and resources to produce results that best fit company strategy. Prioritize and balance time, actions, resources, and initiatives to ensure accomplishment of critical results. Make sure desired change initiatives and priorities are implemented appropriately.

Influence & Communicate: Develop and communicate logical, convincing justifications, including lessons learned, that build commitment and support for one’s perspectives and initiatives. Ensure strategies, change initiatives, and competitive information are communicated in clear and compelling ways. Listen to, leverage, and promote diverse ideas, perspectives, and contributions of others across the business.

Adaptability: Demonstrate creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity. Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities. Update knowledge and skills to handle new complexities, challenges, and responsibilities (for example, seeking out training, learning from past experiences, researching best practices). Seek exposure to new ideas and perspectives. Sponsor programs and initiatives to improve adaptability and continuous learning capabilities in own organization.

Build Relationships: Build and sustain trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances across functional, organizational, and geographical boundaries to achieve goals.

Product Manager Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in a business-related field; MBA in marketing or a related field preferred
3+ years of CATV experience
1+ years of product management experience
Must currently be, and remain at all times, insurable under the company automobile insurance policies.
Two years of analyzing and utilizing primary marketing research preferred
