This position requires a dynamic Channel Marketing professional to execute upon an agreed Go To Marketing strategy with company channels, from global alliance partners to industry specific partners to value added resellers. Will be responsible for marketing programs To, With and Through company channels across North America to support business growth and promote wider adoption of company solutions. This person will be both strategically and tactically involved in developing the marketing and implementing it, engaging closely with partners in the company ecosystem to develop joint initiatives to create pull-through business.Responsibilities:Build marketing plans with key partners, execute and report on programs.Develop core marketing support materials and programs that can be adapted and customised to appropriate channels, working in partnership with company marketing, channel management, technical and sales staffs.Build close personal relationships with company and partner teams to promote and enhance joint marketing efforts.Integrate and deploy the full range of multimedia marketing and promotion tools to support channelmarketing, including print and online collateral, advertising, media relations, live and virtual events, video, social media, success stories, case histories, etc.Support development and refinement of overall company marketing messages to channel partners.Drive partner communications including newsletter, webinars, enablement tools and the partner portal.Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:Ideally 5-10+ years’ experience designing and delivering direct and indirect B2B and/or B2C multi-channelmarketing programs.Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.Metrics and outcome driven.Capable of engaging with all levels of internal and channel partner management on strategy and execution.Strong conceptual thinker.Excellent written and spoken communications skills; digital/social media expertise required; creative experience a plus.University degree, post graduate qualifications a plus.Willing to travel in North America with occasional travel to Europe.Ideal background:Working in an Enterprise software environment in a Channel Marketing role.Experience working in a large organizationUsed to a fast-paced culture.
