Optymyze was named a Leader in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Performance Management and has been recognized for its innovation and service delivery by Ventana ResearchWe are searching for a senior level Product Marketing Manager to drive greater demand and understanding/awareness in the market for the set of Optymyze products and services.ResponsibilitiesMessaging and Positioning: Work cross-functionally with members of the Products, Marketing and Executive team to assist in the creation and refining of messaging for Optymyze products and services.Go-to-Market: Owning the entire go-to-market strategy for your products. This includes positioning, internal education, managing development of all marketing and sales materials, demand creation, influencer management, on-going sales enablement.Sales Enablement: Work with the sales and marketing team to create sales tools which can drive sales of both enterprise software products and outsourced strategic services. Types of materials can include slide sets, marketing collateral, whitepapers and videos.Demand Creation: Work with marketing team on programs and marketing collateral that will help to increase the marketing pipeline for Optymyze products and services.Market Awareness: Work with marketing team and public relations agency to develop programs and materials which will build market awareness of Optymyze in the market.Competitive Analysis: Maintain an outside-in-view at all times and keep a close tab on competitive movements in the market related to the leading competitors in the sales performance (SPM) market.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years, 7 years preferred:Experience doing product marketing for enterprise software products and / or strategic outsourcing services company.Creating sales tools, marketing collateral, and other public / prospect facing materials with a technology company.Owning the entire go-to-market strategy & execution for your products/services.Mentoring and managing more junior members of the product marketing and marketing teamDemonstrated capacity to distill complex, business and technical concepts into clear, simple messages; experience supporting or messaging sales performance management products or services is a big plus.Experience leading projects, engaging with, and driving change across diverse, cross functional teams and effectively managing up as well as across the org; in addition, experience working on teams that are virtual and geographically dispersed desired.Experience working with key external influencers and business partners to your product(s).
