This position is responsible for leading the sales pursuits of large regional accounts and to manage the day to day activities of the acquisition sales team. Responsibilities:Territory – Southest / Central RegionThe Regional Sales Manager / Cleaning Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) is responsible for growing profitable sales and building superior sales competency in the Office Depot CBFS sales team. The individual in this position will be responsible for maximizing growth and profitability, while managing the operating budget. This position is responsible for leading the sales pursuits of large regional accounts and to manage the day to day activities of the acquisition sales team. The position is also responsible for with the cooperation of the SOPS: L&D team to develop and execute the regional CBFS training programs for general line, CBFS team and field CBFS customers.This position provides expertise, strategic direction, and executes initiatives to drive new business and CBFS related contracts within Business Solutions Division Sales Force. The Manager Regional Sales (CBFS) will lead a team of acquisition sales representatives which may include a mix of the following positions: Global BDMs, Major BDMs, Vertical BDMs, Solutions DMs and Beverage Specialists. The position works closely with regional Managing Directors of Sales, Director of Operations, and BSD District Sales Managers, insuring the sales and support of the Office Depot CBFS offering to contract/commercial customers.
