|The Account Manager reports directly to the Vice President of the Wireless Division. The position is located in the Holmdel, NJ Office.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations of construction wireless build-outs.
Major customers: Coordinate all construction work with project managers and field supervisors.
Manage customer updates daily, communicate with clients once to twice a week in person and daily through emails and phone calls.
Responsible for bidding, tracking and managing construction progress, reporting, purchase orders and billing of as-builts.
Meeting all customer needs and requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Candidate must have at least 7-10 years of experience in the Wireline/
Wireless Construction Industry.
Must have knowledge of construction.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Great communication skills.
Strong customer service skills/experience.
