The deployment of 5G by all major carriers and it's associated battery plant upgrades, has added stress to the industry's technician shortages.

*** Currently have Urgent openings for DC Power Plant Technicians and Central Office/Cable Headend Technicians. All skill levels considered, if you have Telecom Installation Experience. We also have On-The-Job paid training programs***

Pay Rate: Negotiate based on Skill Set and Work History.
Location: Multiple Locations - Nationwide - If you don't see your area, submit your resume and we may be able to create the opening for you. o Seattle, Tacoma and Spokane, WA Area o San Francisco Bay Area to Sacramento, CA Area (Paid OJT provided for some positions) o Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, and Provo, Utah Areas (Perm Hire Positions with full benefits.) o South New Jersey, Northern Delaware, Northern Maryland Area (Perm Hire Positions with full benefits.) o Northern and Southern California Areas o Washington and Oregon Areas o OH, MN, WI, IL, IN and KY (Permanent Positions Available.) o Texas - Permanent Positions available. o o Nationwide need for Techs who can travel - (Perm Hire Positions with full benefits.)
Some locations are looking for Entry Level Technicians and will provide On-The-Job Training, starting at $18 - $22/hr., plus per diem, if you are not local. Skilled Technicians are paid $22-$36/hr depending upon skills and work history. All positions could become a perm hire positions with full benefits, truck and tools, if you possess good work ethics and job skills.
Technician Requirements: • Ability to program power controllers (Level IV Skill only) • Ability to perform hot cuts/slides/transfers (Level IV Skill only) • Ability to pull Signal and Power Cables, as necessary. • Ability to crimp, lug, terminate, stitch and lace cable to 750 MCM or Fiber • Ability to install all types of infrastructure in C.O., Cable Headend, Cell Site and/or DC Power type environments. • Ability to rack, stack and secure equipment bays/cabinets. • Ability to travel as necessary to meet project needs. • Ability to install BDFB's, Rectifiers, 2k to 10k AMP Power Plant systems • DC Power crews needed for 2 & 12 volt battery swap outs & complete power builds Nationwide. • Reliable, Physically fit with strong work ethics needed. • Lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs.
