Position Title: Regional Manager - Oilfield Services - Electrical Sales and Service Department OSP Electrical FLSA Status: Exempt - Administrative
Summary: Responsible for OSP Electrical – Oilfield Services/Sales activity, and customer relations in certain assigned geographic areas. Responsible for General Management duties for the Hobbs, NM office. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
• Provide primary account or territory management for OSP Electrical Services group • Manage assigned OSP Electrical Services accounts through direct contact with customers and field representatives • Assist customers in the creation of quotes, designs, layouts, and project management • Develop SOW and pricing models for electrical programs that ensure revenue and margin targets are met • Present customers with Corporate product solutions and packaged service offerings • Assist in securing Master Service Agreements (MSA) with customers and win new business by responsively supporting Corporate Business Development opportunities • Liaise with electrical and network groups field supervisors and project managers to facilitate accurate work order entry into SharePoint, enabling Customer Fulfillment department to invoice customers in a timely manner • Maintain a close interface with the Corporate project management office, electrical & networks department field supervisors and project managers, and with all customer stakeholders regarding schedules, financial performance and project issues • Directly manage all assigned staff; this includes performance reviews, disciplinary actions, salary administration, mentoring and safety compliance • Promote Corporate standards of professionalism, quality, safety, performance metrics, and processes • Manage the competitive landscape, cultivate customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver consistent quality and value
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 8 - 10 years in oilfield electrical service and sales, preferred Supervisory Experience: 4 - 6 years, prefered Requirements and Skills: • Ability to meet expected 100% attendance requirement • Will work on-site, as necessary • Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English language • Ability to speak/read/write English • Detail oriented • Strong organizational skills • Work well under pressure • Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Available weekends and after hours when on-call • Problem-solving ability • Personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness • Excellent interpersonal skills • Management and leadership ability • Ability to learn application specific software (i.e. SharePoint)
